Crispy red lentil and guacamole nachos

 INGREDIENTS (tortopos)

  • 250gr. red lentil
  • 250ml. Water
  • 25ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Thyme

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Lightens the red lentil very well.

Transfer it to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and blend well until you obtain a liquid mass.

Spread it on a tray on greaseproof paper, there should be a thin layer.

Put it in the oven at 180°C for 13-15 minutes.

Take it out of the oven, the dough plate is still half cooked and soft.

Take it out of the tray and cut it into tortilla chips. (If necessary, separate them) and put them back in the oven for another 5-8 minutes.

INGREDIENTS (guacamole)

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 small drink
  • half a red onion
  • A handful of cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt
Elaboration:

In a bowl, mash the avocado and add the tomato, onion, very finely chopped cilantro and salt, mix and finally add the lime juice and mix again.
