JUICY TEXTURED SOY FILLETS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
? textured soy fillets (previously hydrated in water, soy sauce and spices to taste) SEE IN STORE ? minced garlic cloves ? Chopped chives ? leek ? /2 chopped red pepper ? chopped green pepper ? /2 cup tomato sauce ? tsp. tahini ? glass of water or vegetable broth ? /2 tsp. ground pepper ? /2 tsp. ground cumin ? Extra virgin olive oil We drain the fillets from the juice where we hydrate (reserve the juice)
In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the fillets on both sides. (then set aside)
In the same pan with oil, sauté the garlic, onion, leek and finely diced peppers.
We cook it until they are soft to the point of caramel.
Then we add the pepper, the tahini, the tomato sauce, the juice we reserved from the fillets and the water or vegetable broth.
Cook until it comes to a boil, add the fillets that we brown and let it cook for about 5-8 minutes over low heat.
Serve and accompany with potatoes. There are some super juicy fillets left.
