VEGAN SPAGHETTI RECIPE

SPAGHETTI IN CREAMY PEPPER SAUCE AND DRIED TOMATO

INGREDIENTS
  • 150gr. Sojalitas
  • 1 chive
  • 70gr. Take dry
  • 1 bowl green onion
  • 200gr. Piquillo pepper
  • 60gr. Cashews
  • 3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 150ml. soy milk
  • 350ml. Spaghetti cooking water (or water)
  • 2cd. Nutritional yeast
Preparation :
Heat a frying pan with the oil and brown the soybeans and set them aside.
In the same pan with a splash of oil, cook the onion, chives, pepper, and cashews.
Then add the milk and water. Cook until reduced for approximately 15 minutes.
Transfer everything to a food processor and add the nutritional yeast.
Blend everything until you obtain a smooth and creamy sauce.
Mix with the spaghetti and soy beans.
Serve and enjoy.
