Pink rice with bergamot and sea buckthorn

Pink rice, also known as lovers' rice , belongs to one of the six most exotic dishes of the Asian continent. The main producing country of this rice is India, specifically it is of Lao origin in this region it is also known as rice of happiness, fertility and vitality. Pink rice is of organic origin and is a variety of fine-grain Basmati rice , making it ideal to accompany fish and vegetables. Another ingredient that can be found in pink rice is beet, which adds aroma and also paints giving that pleasant pink hue to the dish . The preparation of pink rice is simple, very similar to that of other rice, it must be cooked over low heat for about 12-15 minutes. The proportion is 1 part rice to 2 parts water.
