Crispy muesli recipe

Muesli has its origins in Switzerland and was first made by the Swiss doctor Max Bircher-Benner, who dedicated much of his life to nutritional research, his word ''müesli'' translates cereal porridges. His inspiration focused on the daily observation of those in charge of shepherding the sheep, who led a healthy and healthy life, and a close relationship between nature and man.

Crunchy muesli is a set of cereals made up of oat flakes, sprouted wheat, soy flakes, millet grains, milk, nuts, among others. All together it is a very complete food that provides proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates in each breakfast, although it is also consumed in snacks and dinners.
