These cookies are easy to prepare, the estimated time to prepare them is approximately one hour. The amount of ingredients presented here are calculated to cover 16 cookies, so if you want to double the amount of cookies, simply double the amount of ingredients.   • 125 g chocolate chips (53% or 70% cocoa)
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g sugar
  • 100 g loose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • icing sugar for coating
Preparation (60 minutes approx.): 1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips and butter. Turn the microwave to maximum power and melt the chocolate in batches of 20 seconds. 2. In another bowl, beat the egg together with the sugar and salt until it is very fluffy. 3. Add the melted chocolate and butter to the egg and sugar mixture and mix until well combined. 4.
