What is it?

How to take birdseed
It can be taken as is, accompanying salads, smoothies and even soups and purees.
We can also prepare canary seed milk, soaking the desired amount for about eight hours. Once soaked, we wash the seeds and put them in the blender. Once blended, it will be ready to drink. We can add a tablespoon of honey.
