How to make homemade granola

EASY HEALTHY GRANOLA RECIPE

You will never buy industrial granola again

Ingredients:
2 Cups of coarse oats.
A bunch of:
Whole hazelnuts, chopped hazelnuts, cut pecans, cut almonds, dried cranberries, flax seeds.
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder and cardamom
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
1/2 cup or 4 tablespoons almond cream
1/2 cup or 4 tablespoons agave syrup.
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil.
Optional a few drops of vanilla essence.
1 egg white.
If you like it sweeter, add a couple of tablespoons of panela to the wet mixture.
Elaboration:
 
Mix all the dry ingredients on one side.
Mix the wet ingredients, almond cream, agave syrup, vanilla essence, coconut oil, egg white, and panela if you are going to add it.
Combine the two mixtures so that it is completely integrated and transfer it to a baking tray, expanding well until it is approximately one cm thick.
Press to compact.
Oven up and down for about 25 minutes. Halfway through you can move it a little so that it is crunchy on all sides.
Let it cool well before devouring .
