Mix of Steamed rice, black rice and Red rice.
This rice mix is ideal as a garnish or to make salads. Its varied color gives us a different touch and a great flavor to our dishes.
The rice for garnish is made with steamed rice, nerone rice and red rice. These last two are whole grains and therefore provide great flavor and a large amount of fiber and nutrients.
Cooking time: Cook for about 25 minutes in boiling water.
Note on cooking time: It must be taken into account that the cooking times that we write down have been taken on a traditional gas fire and using a conventional pot.
