The territorial scope for deliveries of the order is:
- Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands (Correos Express)
- European Community: Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland
The national service is managed by the transport agency CORREOS EXPRESS and international orders are made through DHL PARCEL.
The customer must complete the shipping address at the time of ordering.
There is also the possibility of picking up the order in store. In the shipping form select the option "Pick up in store"
- Peninsula: 2 to 3 business days.
- Balearics 4 to 5 business days
- International (CE): 4 to 6 business days
- Mainland Spain: €5.95 (Free from €80)
- Balearic Islands: €15.95 (From €80 the cost of transport to the Balearic Islands will be €11)
- International: €25 (From €80 the cost of international transport will be €20.05)
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Limitation of shipments
For logistical reasons, we reserve the right to cancel orders over 15kg.
For orders equal to or greater than 15kg, you must do so by email email@example.com or request access at casaperris.pro
A first delivery attempt will be made at the indicated address, and a second pre-notified delivery by telephone, in the case of absence. If, after five (5) calendar days from the date of the notice, the client has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to Casa Perris.
In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or has any visible damage, we recommend that you reject the order, or you can also accept it by noting the content review reservation on the delivery note, and to the extent possible, capturing images of its status for subsequent claim. If the damage is not visible, you will have 48 hours to make the claim. Transport claims will not be accepted once the 48h period is exceeded.

Casa Perris BCN SL does not store any data related to the payment. The process is managed directly by the website of the Payment Server, without the company or any third party having access to them.
Returns and refunds
Changes or returns will only be accepted within 14 days of sale.
Returns without just cause, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns for breakages, defective merchandise or errors in the processing of your order are made free of charge, reimbursing the 100% of the cost of the merchandise, as well as the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on:
- Bulk products
- Open or partly consumed product
- With the packaging in poor condition
